Mark Golino, CEO founded RezZiliant with five employees back in 1999. Mark is a former technology consultant to many fortune 500 companies including General Electric (GE), Advest, Inc, Aramark, and many more. Mark’s leadership and vision has not only increased RezZiliant’s annual revenue an impressive 39% per year, but has also garnered coveted recognition from The Connecticut Technology Council, being recognized in 2007 for “Market Share Growth” as well as “Pipeline Accelerator – Tech Company.” RezZiliant has also been issued Citations for Service Excellence by Governor M. Jodi Rell and Attorney General Richard Blumenthal. Mark was also a recipient of The New Haven Business Times’ Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2007.
Chad Wable is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Saint Mary’s Health System in Waterbury, CT, an integrated healthcare organization with a 347 bed community teaching hospital, ambulatory surgery center, cancer center, heart center and various other affiliated companies. Mr. Wable has served in several executive positions at Saint Mary's over the past six years before his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Saint Mary’s in 2002, Mr. Wable has assisted in increasing inpatient discharges over 10% and outpatient volume over 12% accumulating over $65 million in incremental net patient services revenue. He spearheaded state CON approval of a $7 million joint advanced cardiac surgery program and established a new Wound Healing Center and several outpatient facilities to meet the needs of the community among other accomplishments.
Bud Stoddard has over 25 years of experience in the information management and data protection Industry. A serial entrepreneur, Mr Stoddard has founded and managed three successful companies in Information management and protection starting with MicroMedia, (and now named SourceFile)an imaging scanning company that continues today as the most prominent company in its space in the Northeastern United States. Stoddard then founded DataVault Corporation, protecting mission critical data in an underground missile site in New England, one of the only facilities of its kind in the United States. After selling DataVault to Iron Mountain and joining their executive team as Vice President, Mr. Stoddard returned to his entrepreneurial roots to form AmeriVault in 1998. AmeriVault was one of the industry pioneers in online backup protection and has subsequently become a market leader. In May of 2008, AmeriVault was acquired by PHNS, an IT outsourcing company headquarterered in Dallas, Texas, serving the medical community.
Mr. Stoddard is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. Stoddard is the proud father of three children and has been married to Debbie for over 30 years.
John Seiffer has been an entrepreneur since the late 1970's. He has been a business coach since 1994. He served as the third President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and was among the first group of coaches to be awarded the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation by the ICF. Mark Heilshorn joined RezZiliant in September of 2008. For the last twenty years Mark has served in sales and human resource capacities. He has extensive experience with small business organization. In addition, he earned an advanced degree from Hartford Seminary. Mark currently lives in Litchfield and has three children. His role is to help facilitate office communication, be a liason between C Level Management and the RezZiliant employees, maintain moral, conduct staff meetings, facilitate staff cooperation, help organize, lead the sales team, make sales calls on hospitals, communicate with customers, help brain storm the growth and direction of RezZiliant, assist in finding adequate staff and plan for those needs, and participate as a knowledgeable resource for company process, planning, and personnel.
