2. You mostly service Healthcare, how can I be assured your system works in our industry?
a. Although healthcare is our primary market; we have made great strides in working in many other industries. Although some vendors will lead you to believe other industries such as legal are different than healthcare, this simply is not true. We do not use “specific” healthcare language in our system, plus the way a physician dictates is very similar to everyone else with full documents and letters being transcribed.

3. Do we need proprietary equipment?
a. No – almost any digital recorder, foot pedal and headset will work with our system. What is even better news is this equipment we use lasts for many years without needing to be upgraded or replaced. We have been in business since 1999 and we have many clients who still use the exact same equipment.

4. Can I outsource transcription or hire transcribers to work from home?
a. Yes - our system is completely web enabled and extremely secure. You can have transcribers working from all around the world. Also, since our transcriber app doesn’t actually allow the transcriptionist to download the sound file or document to their local computer, you can easily lockout/disable a transcriber (even in the middle of a file) and not have to worry about getting back the sound or document file OR worry about it being left on their computer.

5. Can I integrate the finished documents into a file store, proprietary application or 3rd party document management system?
a. Yes – We will work with you and your 3rd party vendor to make sure all your data is being integrated into whatever application or file store you need it to be. After all, without the ability to do this you really don’t have a complete solution.

6. If we don’t have a document management system or CRM, can you provide one?
a. Yes – we have a full life cycle document management, document creation, sharing and archiving system that can easily provide you with a complete voice and document solution. We also offer a CRM module as well.

7. Do you provide Voice Recognition?
a. Yes – We have partnered with Philips and use their VR engine. Because of the leverage we have in the transcription industry, we can provide this engine free and only charge per line if used.

8. What templates or forms can I use and can I design my own?
a. You can design your template any way you would like, the choices are unlimited.
