Simple, just create your patient encounters using your favorite word processor (online or off), use your templates, macros, etc and then when the document(s) are processed through our EMRFlex system, we automatically “structure” your freeform text document, extract all your clinical info and write it to your patient chart and allow for any kind of reporting.
